Too much and the drink tastes like soap; too little and you wonder why it's on the menu at all. Our iced lavender latte sits in the middle on purpose — present, calm, almost herbal. ## How we build it We make our lavender syrup in-house from culinary-grade buds, steeped low and slow so the floral notes lift without the bitterness that comes from boiling. From there the drink is simple: two shots of espresso over ice, cold whole milk (or oat), and a measured pour of the syrup. No purple food coloring. The color comes from the espresso, not the petals. > The goal isn't a lavender drink with coffee in it. It's a latte that happens to remind you of a garden in late June. ## Why it works at outdoor events This is the drink we sell the most of at spring and summer weddings, garden parties, and any event where the temperature climbs past 75°F. It's cold without being icy, sweet without being a dessert, and it photographs beautifully in a clear cup — which matters more than anyone admits. - **Bridal showers and garden parties** — the floral notes feel intentional next to flowers and linen. - **Summer corporate events** — a more interesting alternative to plain iced coffee, but still office-appropriate. - **Apartment resident events** — a signature drink guests don't make at home, which is the whole point. ## Pairs well with If you want a cold-drink flight, pair the lavender with our **Yuzu Pineapple Refresher** and an **Iced Matcha Latte** — three colors, three completely different flavors, one tray.
